Welcome to Word Search & Find, where a letter puzzle becomes a picture adventure. Choose from six colourful themes: countryside, school, home, supermarket, beach and farm. Each game combines twelve English words with an original illustrated scene showing the things they describe. Read the list, explore the picture and enjoy discovering how written words connect with familiar objects and places.
Words run from left to right, from top to bottom or diagonally towards the bottom right. They do not run backwards. Drag from the first letter to the last, or tap the first letter and then the last letter. A correct selection stays highlighted in the grid, and its word changes colour in the list. You can find the words in any order.
Look for the matching objects in the picture above and tap each one to draw a pink circle around it. You can search the picture or the letters first. Its entry in the list receives a tick when both parts are complete. Two separate counters show your progress: words discovered and objects circled. Finding the same word or tapping the same object again never adds another point.
There is no countdown or penalty for trying. Pause to compare letters, say a word aloud or describe where an object is hiding. With a keyboard, use the arrow keys within the grid and Enter to select letters. Choose New game to clear your discoveries and mix a fresh letter puzzle. Find all twelve words and their pictures to finish the adventure.
